By allowing direct heat dissipation through the substrate, COB dramatically reduces thermal resistance, ensuring excellent heat management. Thanks to its high radiant flux per unit area, COB-packaged UV LED sources achieve remarkable light density and enable extremely high UV radiant flux output on a very small emitting surface. This fully meets market demands for high power density UV applications, from industrial curing to medical sterilization.   Inorganic Packaging Technology for UV LEDs We also incorporate inorganic packaging technology for even higher performance and reliability. This design features a ceramic holder combined with a metal structure and a quartz or sapphire window.
